Privacy
Short version: the test is free, we ask for your email so we can send you your map, and we never sell anything about you.
What we collect
When you finish the brain map we store your email address, your first name if you give it, your answers to the 18 scenes, the six scores calculated from them, and the date. If you arrived from a campaign link we also store which one.
We do not ask for your address or your phone number. The test never requires a card.
If you buy the full brain map, payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are never stored here; we keep only the email you paid with and the Stripe payment reference, so we can unlock your access and process a refund if you ask.
Why we collect it
Two reasons. First, to send you your result and occasional updates about the project — you consent to this explicitly with a checkbox, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Second, to understand in aggregate how multilingual brains differ: which tendencies are most common, which combinations show up together. Those aggregate numbers may be shared publicly. Your individual answers are never published, sold, or attached to your name in anything we share.
Where it lives
Responses are stored on Vercel's infrastructure, which hosts this site. Your progress through the test is also kept in your own browser so you can leave and come back.
Getting it deleted
Write to @capitanhappy_ and ask. We will delete your email and your answers, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
This is not a clinical assessment
The brain map is an experience of self-knowledge. It is not a psychological or medical diagnosis, it was not clinically validated, and it should not be used to make decisions about your health.
Questions about any of this go to @capitanhappy_.
